Mate 10 HK Specs, Features, and Review

Huawei Mate 10 in Hong Kong - Raising the Bar in Smartphone Technology

No brand makes better and more affordable smartphones than Huawei (also known as 華為). Specializing in low to mid-range phones, Huawei puts out a game-changer in the business with the Mate 10. As the successor to the Huawei Mate 9, the Huawei Mate 10 (known amongst locals as the 華為 Mate 10) brings you newer, better, and faster features like you have never seen in a smartphone before. Filled with features and specs that could rival even the newest phones from the biggest brands, the Huawei Mate 10 would certainly meet or even exceed your expectations for a China-made phone.

Featuring the World’s First Smart Processor

To kick things off, this Huawei phone sets the standards higher when it comes to processing power. Featuring the world’s first ever smart processor, the Mate 10 smartphone is equipped with the first Kirin AI processor which is not only quick but also adaptive. This processor brings you a better, faster, and stronger smartphone. What makes it different is that it analyzes how you use your phone and optimizes itself to bring you the optimum performance. The Kirin AI processor has 50x more efficient and is able to increase the performance of your Huawei Mate 10 smartphone by 25 times!

Slim and Breathtaking Design

The Huawei Mate 10 is built with strong glass casing on the front and the back that was toughened by extremely high temperatures before molding, creating a smooth and sleek body. The phone’s 5.9-inch screen has a 16:9 ratio and is surrounded by very thin bezels to maximize the space; providing you with a wider screen. Aside from that, it also features the Huawei FullView Display for a brighter and more vivid colors either for watching movies, streaming, browsing photos, gaming, and so much more!

Battery that Can Last a Whole Day

To match its powerful specs, the Mate 10 has a huge battery capacity that can last the whole day. The phone is equipped with a Li-Polymer 4000mAh battery along with the Huawei SuperCharge feature and the Smart Power Management setting. Like the Kirin 970 processor, the smart battery management analyzes the user behavior to minimize power-waste and maximize battery life. The battery also has 15 layers of safety systems that are TÜVRheinland Certified. With all these features, regardless of how often you use your phone in a day, you can still count on the Huawei Mate 10 to perform even the heaviest of tasks.

Leica Cameras at your Disposal

Teaming up with one of the biggest camera and camera lens manufacturer Leica, Huawei has created a phone with the powers of a mirrorless camera. The Huawei Mate 10 has New Leica Dual Camera with a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor and 12-megapixel RGB sensor with as Optical Image Stabilization, letting you capture crisp and vibrant images even at the dimmest conditions. Besides that, the camera is also AI-powered to bring you real-time and object recognition. What this does is that it will automatically adjust the contrast, exposure, color, and exposure to help you produce better pictures.

Overall, with the Mate 10, Huawei took the smartphone standard up a notch by integrating a lot of features and improving overall performance.
