Maggi Stuffed Omelet

Maggi noodles are not only affordable but they can be a scrumptious, hearty meal when cooked with the right ingredients. You can include Maggi noodles in your breakfast by following this stuffed omelet recipe. It will surely fill you up and prepare you for the long day ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt
  • oil
  • red chili powder (optional)

Boil the Maggi noodle, following the instructions on the packaging. Add a pinch of salt to the water and let it cook through. Once cooked, set aside.

Whisk the eggs together and add milk, salt, and red chili powder. You can also add other seasonings, depending on your preference.

Heat a pan and add a dash of oil. Pour the egg mixture and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

When both sides are cooked, add the Maggi noodles and flip over the egg, creating a semi-circle.

Remove from heat and serve it with your favorite condiments.

Kit Kat Brownie

This Nestle chocolate is one of the all-time favorites of chocolate enthusiasts. The crunchy wafer with the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate is the perfect combination and will surely satisfy all of your sugary needs. Why don’t you kick your break with Kit Kat up a notch with a decadent Kit Kat brownie?

Ingredients:

  • 85g cubed butter
  • 180g Nestle Bakers Choice Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • ¾ cups caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Nestle Bakers Choice Cocoa
  • 30g corn flour
  • 1 block (170g) Kit Kat Dark, chopped into large chunks

Preheat your oven to 160 – 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and line a square, 20cm pan with baking paper.

Melt the butter and the Nestle Bakers’ Choice Dark Chocolate Chunks together in a saucepan over low heat and stir consistently.

Remove the butter and chocolate chunks mixture off the heat and stir in the sugar and the eggs one at a time.

Sift the Nestle Bakers Choice Cocoa and corn flour together into a small bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture and mix until smooth and glossy.

Stir in the Kit Kat chunks and pour the final concoction into a pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until it’s set. Let cool and cut into even squares.

Homemade Milo Ice Cream

The Milo drink mixture is truly indulgent. You can drink it on its own or enjoy it in a multitude of ways. For a hot, summer day, try following this homemade Milo ice cream recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth and cool down under the heat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Nestle milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 150g chopped milk chocolate
  • 4 tbsp Milo
  • 1 tsp salt

Heat the milk, cream, and salt in a large saucepan over medium heat and stir occasionally until hot. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Pour the cream and milk mixture slowly into the yolk mixture and stir. Return it to the saucepan after it’s mixed, over a medium-low heat.

Remove the custard from heat. In a separate heatproof bowl, put the chocolate and milo, pour in the hot custard and whisk until the chocolate is melted or until smooth.

Pour the chocolate custard through a strainer into a metal bowl and let cool. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour or overnight.

Transfer the custard into your ice cream maker and let it mix, following the instructions of the manufacturer. Once done, you can freeze the homemade Milo ice cream for up to one week.

Nescafe Chai Coffee

Mornings may not be some people’s favorite time of day unless they’ve had their cup of morning joe. Make something special out of that cup of joe by making your own Nescafe chai coffee. Follow the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 4 tbsp Nescafe Taster’s Choice House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 2 quarter-size slices of freshly peeled ginger
  • 8 whole black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup low-fat milk

Mix the coffee granules, sugar, ginger, peppercorns, cardamom, and cinnamon in the hot water inside a small container. Let sit for 3 minutes.

Heat the milk in the microwave on high power for 1 minute or until very hot.

Strain the coffee and spices mixture into a pitcher and discard the leftover spices.

Pour the hot milk into the pitcher and stir until both mixtures become homogenous.

To make cold chai coffee, replace the hot milk with cold milk and serve over ice cubes.
