Last month, China’s biggest smartphone player launched its second generation Mix Max phone - the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. At that time, the device only came with one color option which is the gold variant. It was quite disappointing for many customers, especially those who prefer a different shade to their Xiaomi phone. The gold variant wasn’t really everyone’s favorite flavor, thus affected the phone’s appeal to consumers.
